How to Use Calcuttica

1. The Lead Owner Creates a Workspace: Unlocks the specific tournament model for a one-time fee. This generates a private, secure workspace and an Invite ID to share with the rest of the syndicate. Friends join for free.
2. Configure Payouts & Groupings: Add the names of all participating owners. Adjust the payout structure (Round of Exit vs Cumulative) to match your rules, and add custom prop bets (like Biggest Upset or Sweepstakes).
3. Draft & Track Live: As the auction happens, enter the winning bid amounts and assign the team to the correct owner. Calcuttica instantly calculates the Expected Value (EV) and Delta (EV minus Paid) in real-time.
4. Enjoy the Tournament: As games are played, use the Results tab to mark teams as eliminated or advanced. The dashboard will automatically update everyone's Earned amounts, Live EV, and total PnL.
